Details
Medium-sized pan with a diameter of 28 cm and a total height of 6 cm. The interior of the pan is rounded and the side walls are only slightly inclined. Therefore, a lid with the same diameter also fits on this pan.
The very robust body is made of 0.6 mm thick stainless steel, which is matte on the inside and highly polished on the outside. A pouring rim facilitates the pouring of liquids.
The 7 mm thick sandwich base made of aluminium ensures quick heating and even heat distribution, on all types of stoves including induction.
The riveted handle made of stainless steel casting fits perfectly in the hand thanks to its ergonomic shape and only heats up slightly. A hanging loop and the de Buyer logo are incorporated at the end of the handle.
