Medium pan with a diameter of 28 cm and a total height of 6 cm. The interior of the pan is rounded and the sides are only slightly inclined. Therefore, a lid with an identical diameter also fits this pan.
The very robust body is made of 0.6 mm thick stainless steel, which is matte on the inside and highly polished on the outside. A pouring rim makes it easier to pour out liquids.
The 7 mm thick aluminum sandwich base ensures quick heating and even heat distribution on all types of stoves, including induction.
The riveted handle made of cast stainless steel fits optimally in the hand thanks to its ergonomic shape and only warms up slightly. At the end of the handle, there is a hanging loop and the de Buyer logo is incorporated.
