Zassenhaus has made a name for itself over the course of its company history when it comes to high-quality and practical kitchen helpers and cooking tools. The brand looks back on a long history: it all began in 1867 with an export business for tools and small hardware. At the end of the 19th century, coffee grinders were added to the product range, and shortly thereafter the first pepper mills. Step by step, the range was expanded to include kitchen accessories made of wood and bamboo. The Zassenhaus brand philosophy then and now is: functional design, selected materials, and innovative technology. For example, in 2000, Zassenhaus developed the first continuously adjustable ceramic grinding mechanism. Quality and know-how "Made in Germany".
