Rösle Pans
The classic pan is, next to the cooking pot, the most commonly used cookware in every kitchen. A frying pan is an absolute kitchen basic. We at Butch advocate for at least two pans: one with and one without a non-stick coating. With this equipment, you are prepared for the most important frying challenges. You can find these two types of pans in the Rösle brand's "Silence Pro" collection: an uncoated stainless steel pan for quick and crispy frying, and various pan models with the premium non-stick coating "ProResist".
Both pan variations of the Rösle "Silence Pro" series feature a encapsulated sandwich base with an aluminum core. This guarantees rapid heat absorption, even heat distribution, and excellent heat retention. The pans are equipped with a special pouring rim for precise and drip-free pouring of the contents. The silicone coating on the handle acts as insulation and ensures a secure grip. You can even place kitchen utensils such as spatulas on this handle.
The Rösle stainless steel pan without a non-stick coating is perfect for searing. Steaks turn out wonderfully in it, and smaller braised dishes, where ingredients are first seared and then deglazed, are well-suited for the stainless steel pan "Silence Pro". The pans with the "ProResist" non-stick coating are particularly suitable for low-calorie frying with little fat and for gentle frying. Fried eggs, fish, and all delicate foods can be prepared excellently with them. The "ProResist" non-stick coating is particularly resistant because it contains silicon carbide particles. In these Rösle pans, you can even work with stainless steel kitchen utensils without leaving scratches. Furthermore, the rough structure of the coating allows you to create delicious roasted flavors in your dishes, as you would otherwise only know from uncoated pans.
