Riess Serve + Store
Practical, functional & reliable: The storage containers from the Riess "Serve + Store" collection are true multitaskers. They can be used for storing, cooling, freezing, heating, serving, and taking food with you. Thanks to their square shape and stackability, these containers are ideal as freshness boxes for storing food in the refrigerator. The lid protects against flavor loss and prevents refrigerator odors.
The container and lid can be used together as a box, or simply flipped over to become a small serving platter with a cover. This turns the storage container into a butter dish, a cheese platter with a cloche, a snack plate, and much more in no time. Enamel is cut- and scratch-resistant, making it even more attractive as a serving plate.
The "Serve + Store" containers are also suitable for reheating or preparing food in the oven without the lid. From the oven to the table, from the table to the freezer or refrigerator, from the refrigerator back to the oven or table. All of this is possible with Riess "Serve + Store".
The storage containers consist of a rectangular enamel container and an enamel lid. A practical additional accessory is the matching "Store & Carry" carrying strap: The elastic band made of rubber and polyamide is simply stretched around the container and lid, holding them together. This allows solid content to be transported safely and comfortably.
The storage boxes are available in classic enamel white, sage green, and blueberry blue. They are available in various sizes and heights here in the Butch-Shop.

The material enamel is perfect for storing and preserving food. The non-porous surface of enamel is resistant to fruit acids, it is bacteria-resistant and aroma-neutral. Both raw and cooked foods can be stored appetizingly and retain their natural flavor. Riess enamel is easy to clean and is also dishwasher safe.
The enamel core made of iron has very good heat conductivity and heat storage. This is an advantage when using the enamel form of the "Serve + Store" series in the oven and then serving with it. Pre-cooked food can also be reheated on the stove at low temperature.
