Riess Truehomeware Edition Sarah Wiener

Riess Edition Sarah Wiener

Traditional baking molds and kitchen helpers in a completely new look – that is the Riess Edition Sarah Wiener. The Austrian traditional brand Riess has designed a new product line in collaboration with the design office dottings and the well-known TV chef & author Sarah Wiener. Sarah Wiener selected her personal favorites from the wide range of Riess items. These include baking and cake molds, bundt cake molds, muffin molds, loaf and deer back molds, as well as a baking sheet and a mold for fruit cake bases, along with kitchen helpers like mixing bowls and measuring cups in different sizes.

The color scheme of the Riess Edition Sarah Wiener is new and exciting: Two colors are combined to create an exciting exterior: Dark chocolate meets yellow vanilla, creamy whipped cream flirts with sweet plum, and soft pistachio green forms a liaison with warm chocolate brown.

A very characteristic enamel item is the traditional Riess roasting pan. The rectangular shape with two handles evokes memories of the good old days, of grandma's yeast dumplings or the crispy roast pork from the so-called "Bratreindl," as the roasting pan is also known. It is a true multitasker for everything that is baked, gratinated, or roasted in the oven. Enamel is cut and scratch-resistant, so the dish prepared in it can be served directly in the roasting pan and also carved or divided.

The material enamel consists of natural raw materials: Enamel is iron fused with glass at high temperatures. Each piece is lovingly and skillfully glazed by hand at Riess. The non-porous, smooth glass surface is aroma-neutral, also antibacterial, and easy to clean. Riess enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves: It is suitable for gas, electric, glass-ceramic, induction, and cooking over an open flame.
