Riess Truehomeware Edition Sarah Wiener

Riess Edition Sarah Wiener

Traditional baking molds and kitchen utensils with a completely new look - that's the Riess Edition Sarah Wiener. The Austrian traditional brand Riess has designed a new product line in collaboration with the design office dottings and the well-known TV chef and author Sarah Wiener. Sarah Wiener selected her personal favorites from the variety of Riess articles. These include baking and cake molds, bundt cake molds, muffin molds, king cake and venison molds, as well as a cake sheet and a form for fruit tart crusts, as well as kitchen utensils such as mixing bowls and measuring cups in different sizes.

The color scheme of the Riess Edition Sarah Wiener is new and exciting: two colors are combined flatly and create an exciting exterior: dark chocolate meets yellow vanilla, creamy whipped cream flirts with fruity peach and sweet plum, and soft pistachio green goes into a liaison with warm chocolate brown.

A very characteristic enamel item is the traditional Riess frying pan. The rectangular shape with the two handles brings back memories of the good old days, of grandma's baked noodles or the crispy pork roast from the so-called "Bratreindl", as the baking dish is also called. It is a true all-rounder for everything that is baked, gratinated or fried in the oven. Enamel is cut and scratch-resistant, so the dish prepared in it can be served and sliced directly in the baking dish.

The material enamel consists of natural raw materials: enamel is iron that is fused with glass at high temperatures. Each piece is lovingly and skillfully glazed by Riess by hand. The pore-free, smooth glass surface is aroma-neutral, as well as bacteria-inhibiting and easy to clean. Riess enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves: it is suitable for gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and for cooking over an open fire.
