The Austrian traditional brand Riess stands for high-quality cookware and useful kitchen helpers made of enamel. In the Goose Roaster from Riess, the poultry cooks well and becomes particularly crispy on the outside. The two-part Riess Roaster is also perfect for braising large portions of meat. Thanks to the cut-resistant enamel surface, the roast goose and braised roast can be carved directly in the form. The Goose Roaster from Riess is also so attractive that it can be used as a serving pan on the set table. Another plus: The lid can be used as a separate oven pan if it is not needed as a cover for the Goose Roaster at the same time.
