Riess Enamel since 1922
The Riess brand stands for high-quality enamel cookware and for aroma-neutral, energy-saving, and healthy cooking, baking, and storage. Since 1922, the traditional Austrian family business has been enameling cookware in many colors and designs.
The material enamel is a natural material and nothing more than glass fused to iron in the kiln. Thanks to the iron core, Riess cookware is suitable for induction and all types of stoves. The heat conduction and storage are optimal due to the iron core. This saves energy. Enamel is cut and scratch-resistant, easy to clean, and has many other advantages thanks to its hard, pore-free, and smooth glass surface.

Riess Classic Giants and Dwarfs
The Giants
Their names say it all: The four huge enamel pots of the Giants and the three half-height casserole dishes have a capacity of 4 to 20 liters with diameters of 20 to 32 centimeters.
The Giants are the largest enamel pots from Riess. They are suitable for boiling and preserving many dishes. With the large pots, you can easily feed a whole family or even a company. You can prepare large amounts of goulash, chili con carne, soups or jams in the giant pots.
The Dwarfs
The Dwarfs are the smallest enamel pots from Riess. They are suitable for singles, for two people or for smaller households for cooking, braising and serving immediately, for storing and reheating leftovers. The five tiny casserole dishes of the Dwarfs hold 0.5 to 2.0 liters with diameters of 12 to 20 centimeters. The Dwarf is also an optimal serving pot, from which you can enjoy fine dining.
The Giant Carrier
The Giant Carrier is a helpful carrying strap made of sturdy leather. It is an ideal support for fixing the lid and for transporting all giant pots from A to B and from indoors to outdoors. It is suitable for all pots (20-32 cm or 4 L to 20 L) of the Giants and half-height Giants. The length is 115 cm.
