How do I return a product?

In order for us to process your return, it is absolutely necessary that you send us back the goods together with
- the completed Return Form
- a completed Revocation Form.

You can find the Return Form in the package with your ordered goods. Alternatively, you can download a blank form here:

If you do not have a printer available, please copy the content of the revocation form, fill in the marked fields and send us the wording by e-mail to [email protected].

Please pack the goods carefully and send them back to us - preferably in the original box - with the completed Return Form and the completed Revocation Form.

How do I return my goods?

Customers whose delivery address is outside Germany, please contact our customer service. We will then explain the return process to you:

What is the return period?

Butch grants you an additional 16-day return period beyond the 14 days prescribed by law in the right of withdrawal, which means a right of return of 30 days.

Do I get a confirmation for the receipt of my return?

You will receive a confirmation from Butch by e-mail when the return has been received and registered. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us by phone at 0211 / 447 339 0 or by [email protected].

How do I get the refund?

We use the same payment method you chose when you purchased. If you paid in advance, please enter your bank details in the appropriate section on the return form.
