Peugeot Paris Chef U'Select Salt Mill 18 cm Stainless Steel - Steel Grinding Mechanism

The Paris collection from the French manufacturer Peugeot is considered an icon of pepper and salt mills. A design that has proven itself for decades, characterized by its ergonomic design and easy operation.

Inside the mills is the patented Peugeot grinding mechanism made of corrosion-resistant steel. Specifically tailored to the grinding material, there are different mechanisms:
- the two-stage pepper grinding mechanism, which first cuts and then grinds the peppercorns
- the salt grinding mechanism, to grind dry salt crystals into a fine powder. Chambers individually transport the crystals to the grinding mechanism for consistent grinding results

The Paris collection includes various variants:
Paris Classic - classic grinding mechanism, adjustment of the grind size via the top screw
Paris U’Select - an evolution of the classic grinding mechanism, adjustment of the grind size at the base, no change in grind size during use or refilling
Paris Antique - handcrafted unique pieces with antique finish & classic grinding mechanism
Paris Chef U’Select - with U’Select grinding mechanism in brushed stainless steel, copper-plated or carbon-colored
Paris Icône U’Select - polished metal plate on the mill head for even easier refilling of the mills, classic grinding mechanism
Paris Classic Nature - made from upcycled wood pieces from the original mill production, distinctive texture through mechanical sandblasting, classic grinding mechanism
