Peugeot Nancy Pepper Mill 22 cm Acrylic - Steel Grinder

Manual Peugeot pepper mill from the Nancy series with an acrylic body and a height of 22 cm. The pepper mill is equipped with the classic hardened steel grinding mechanism and a two-stage technology. Pepper corns are first pre-cut by a helix-shaped double row, then ground. This process ensures a perfect grinding result and releases all the flavors of the pepper.

The grinding degree can be adjusted continuously via the head screw. If the head screw is tightened strongly, the grinding result is fine. The looser the screw, the coarser the grinding result.

You can distinguish the Peugeot pepper and salt mills by a black ring for pepper, respectively a white ring for salt on the head screw. In addition, the ring around the grinding mechanism at the base of the mill is color-coded: black for pepper and white for salt. This is not unimportant, as the pepper and salt grinding mechanisms differ from each other and are precisely tailored to their respective use.

All Peugeot mills are delivered half-filled, as no mill leaves the factory in France without prior functional testing. Refilling is easy by unscrewing the top head.
