Nesmuk Steak and Table Knives
Cutting at the table on porcelain plates usually leads to a quick loss of sharpness, as the ceramic surface is harder than the blade steel. The straight blade geometry of the Nesmuk table and steak knives allows the user to guide the knife over the plate without damaging the edge. Only the tip of the blade comes into contact with the surface and can become dull, but this does not affect the cutting properties of the knife. The handles are made of olive wood, up to five thousand year old bog oak, desert ironwood, and grenadilla.
