Details
The Soul office knife with a 9 cm long blade made from a special steel is a small all-purpose knife. The steel alloy of the blade includes the rare element niobium. Due to this high niobium content, a very fine steel structure is achieved despite rust resistance, resulting in extremely high strength, durability, and edge retention. With a hardness of approximately 60 HRC, the flat grind, and the thin tip, the office knife allows for extremely precise cuts. It is an excellent tool for all preparation, cooking, and decorating tasks.
The massive and seamless handle in this variant is made from Karelian curly birch, a type of birch native to Northern Europe. The light gray to light brown wood displays a strong, contrasting, and distinctive grain, which is a result of its slow growth. Karelian curly birch is a typical handle material for Scandinavian knives. The transition between the blade and the handle is adorned with a ferrule made of matte brushed stainless steel.
The Soul office knife is delivered in a high-quality matte black box with the Nesmuk certificate of authenticity.
