Details
The Soul chef's knife has an 18 cm long blade made of a special steel with the rare element niobium. The high niobium content achieves the finest possible steel structure despite rust inertia, resulting in extremely high strength, durability, and edge retention. The hardness level of approximately 60 HRC, the one-sided hollow grind, and the slightly curved blade shape make the lightweight chef's knife a perfect tool for 90% of all cutting tasks.
The solid and seamless handle in this variant is made of the high-tech plastic Micarta in black. This plastic is shock-resistant hard and break-proof, as well as extremely resistant to moisture, acids, and alkalis. Therefore, Micarta is often chosen by professional chefs as handle material. The transition between blade and handle is adorned by a ferrule made of matte brushed stainless steel.
The Soul chef's knife is delivered in a high-quality matte black box with the Nesmuk authenticity certificate.
