Details

Once again, Nesmuk sets new standards. The Nesmuk Soul Steak and Table Knife is forged from a special knife steel that has been refined with nitrogen. This unique alloy makes the steel extremely resistant to corrosion. At the same time, the steel can be hardened significantly without becoming brittle. This optimized steel structure enables the classic Nesmuk sharpness combined with an unusually high hardness and an enormous service life. The blade with a wedge grind has a hardness of approximately 60 HRC.

And Nesmuk has not only optimized the steel: the straight geometry requires a clean cut without sawing and tearing. Only the tip is placed on the object and often a single pass of the blade is enough to smoothly cut through the material. This functionality is only guaranteed with an extremely sharp blade.

The blade and tang are made from a single piece of steel, which gives the knife a wonderful balance. Each knife is individually completely ground and lies comfortably and securely in the hand without any disturbing edges or gaps. In this version, the handle scales are made of finely polished bog oak wood. Originating from Europe, this rare wood has a black-gray color, sometimes even dark blue or brown. Subfossil oak trunks that have been lying in bogs, swamps, and rivers for up to 500 years are processed. The handle scales are adorned on both sides with polished stainless steel ferrules, on one side of which the Nesmuk bat is engraved.

The Nesmuk Soul Steak and Table Knife is delivered as a set of 2 in a high-quality matte black box including a certificate of authenticity. From 0 to the top five of the best steak knives worldwide - a mature achievement of the Nesmuk makers!
