Details
Professional ceramic sharpening stone with a super-fine 6000 grit. Ideally, you use this grit as a finishing touch to finely polish the edge. This reduces friction and the knife retains its sharpness for longer.
The sharpening stone comes with two sharpening guides that you clamp onto the back of the knife. This ensures a consistent angle while sharpening. To prevent scratches on the blade, the guides are lined with plastic on the inside. Additionally, a non-slip sharpening base is included, which also serves as a secure storage box for the sharpening stone and guides.
