Details
Professional ceramic sharpening stone with a 240 grit. This grit is used when the edges are damaged or completely dull. You can also use the grit for sharpening, but the majority of sharpening should be done with a grit of 1000 or higher.
The sharpening stone comes with two sharpening guides that you clamp onto the back of the knife. This ensures a consistent angle while sharpening. The guides are lined with plastic on the inside to prevent scratching of the blades. Additionally, a non-slip sharpening base is included, which also serves as a secure storage box for the sharpening stone and guides.
