Details
Universally usable zester from the Microplane Premium Classic Series, featuring a 20 cm long and 2.5 cm wide stainless steel blade and a black soft-touch handle. The grating result is very fine.
The Premium Classic Series originated from the original Classic Series and was adapted to the needs of chefs with the ergonomically shaped, non-slip soft-touch handle. The photo-etched stainless steel blades are razor-sharp and durable. Each Microplane grater comes with a reusable blade cover.
