Details

Gourmet Series grater from Microplane with a 2-way cutting blade design. The one-sided photochemically etched stainless steel blades have wider pins, similar to julienne, only slightly thicker.

The Microplane Gourmet graters have a slightly curved 13.5 x 6 cm grating surface and an ergonomically shaped handle with a non-slip soft-touch coating including a hanging loop. A non-slip rubber foot also ensures the necessary stability when grating. Each Microplane Gourmet grater includes a reusable blade guard.
