Details

Gourmet Series grater from Microplane with large rasp blade design. The one-sided photochemically etched stainless steel blades produce fine, wide shavings.

The Microplane Gourmet graters have a slightly curved 13.5 x 6 cm grating surface and an ergonomically shaped handle with non-slip soft-touch coating including hanging loop. A non-slip rubber foot also provides the necessary stability when grating. Each Microplane Gourmet grater includes a reusable blade guard.
