Details
The Microplane Gourmet Series grater features a fine julienne blade. The one-sided photochemically-etched stainless steel blades create julienne strips that are finer and thinner than those produced by traditional julienne slicers.
The Microplane Gourmet graters have a slightly curved 13.5 x 6 cm grating surface and an ergonomically shaped handle with a non-slip soft-touch coating and a hanging loop. A non-slip rubber foot also ensures stability while grating. Each Microplane Gourmet grater comes with a reusable blade cover.
