Details
Gourmet Series professional grater from Microplane. The one-sided photochemically-etched stainless steel blade produces fine, 2 mm thin slices.
The Microplane Gourmet graters have a slightly curved 13.5 x 6 cm grating surface and an ergonomically shaped handle with a non-slip soft-touch coating and a hanging loop. A non-slip rubber foot also ensures the necessary stability when grating. Each Microplane Gourmet grater comes with a reusable blade cover.
