Details

The Microplane Gourmet Series Dual Grater features two blade styles on one surface: coarse and fine. The one-sided photo-chemically etched stainless steel blades create fine shreds on the coarse side that are slightly larger than those on the fine side.

This Microplane Gourmet Grater has a 14 x 5 cm grating surface on each side and an ergonomically shaped handle with a non-slip soft-touch coating and a hanging loop. A non-slip rubber foot also ensures stability while grating. Each Microplane Gourmet Grater comes with a reusable blade cover.
