Details

The KAI Wasabi Black knives are a perfect introduction to the world of Japanese knives. Used in large Japanese kitchens, these knives meet even the strictest hygiene requirements. Designed for continuous use, the knives are robust, easy to care for, have good durability and are very easy to resharpen. The black plastic handle has a good feel, which only really becomes noticeable with prolonged use. Thanks to the roughened surface, the knives do not slip out of the hand, even with wet hands.
