KAI Tim Mälzer Kamagata Hybrid Chef's Knife 20 cm - Japanese Steel - POM Handle
Hybrid chef's knife with a 20 cm long blade made of rust-free DIN 4116 stainless steel with a double-sided edge. The blade shape resembles a Santoku, but has a modified spine. The cutting edge has a hardness of 57 (±1) HRC. The Tim Mälzer logo with signature is laser-etched on the satin-finished blade.
The handle is made of polished POM plastic with a non-slip surface. Due to the ergonomic shaping and symmetrical alignment, the handle is secure and comfortable to hold. The handle meets the strict hygiene requirements of gastronomic kitchens. The handle is completed by a metal plate with engraved Tim Mälzer kitchen bull.
