KAI Shun Premier Tim Mälzer Minamo Santoku Knife 18 cm - Damascus Steel - Pakkawood Handle
Santoku knife with an 18 cm long blade. The cutting edge and core of the blade are made of hard VG MAX steel, wrapped in 32 layers of stainless Damascus steel. This knife shape is a hybrid of a Santoku and chef's knife, allowing for various cutting techniques. The blade is double-sided and has a hardness of approximately 61 HRC.
The oval-shaped handle is made of black Pakka wood, which is laminated and meets all hygiene requirements. The full tang provides stability, while the stainless steel bolster and end cap (engraved with Tim Mälzer's Kitchen Bull logo) balance the weight of the blade and secure the wood.
The knives in the Shun Premier Tim Mälzer Minamo series are designed for both right and left-handed use and come securely packaged in a beautiful wooden box.
