KAI Seki Magoroku Shoso Santoku 14.5 cm - 1K6 steel blade - stainless steel handle
KAI Seki Magoroku Shoso Santoku knife with a 15 cm long blade, forged from rust-resistant 1K6 stainless steel with a hardness of 58 (±1) HRC. The Santoku is the main knife in Japanese kitchens. Through a new precision technology and immense technical effort, the blade is finally sharpened and honed. This gives the blade its enormous sharpness without sacrificing stability and durability.
The sturdy handle is made of 18/8 stainless steel and designed in a symmetrical ellipse shape. This makes the knife very comfortable to hold and easy to handle precisely. The diamond-shaped notches on the handle, in combination with the matte surface, ensure a secure grip even with wet hands.
In our opinion, the Seki Magoroku Shoso series is an impressive kitchen knife series that offers very good quality at a very good price. You can find all information and the entire range on our KAI Seki Magoroku Shoso series page.
