KAI Seki Magoroku Red Wood Multipurpose Knife 15 cm - Carbon 1K6 Steel Blade - Pakkawood Handle

The Seki Magoroku Red Wood utility knife features a 15 cm long blade made of rust-free Carbon 1K6 stainless steel with a hardness of approximately 58 HRC. The mirror-polished blade has a symmetrical grind. In contrast to a chef's knife, utility knives have a thinner blade back and a narrower blade. It is used for all cutting tasks that require a more delicate blade.

Traditionally designed in a chestnut shape, the handle is made of Pakka wood. High-quality resins added to the wood make the handle particularly durable and more resistant to liquids. A collar made of shiny black plastic connects the narrow handle to the inserted blade. The lightweight handle provides a nice balance to the blade, allowing effortless cutting.
