KAI Seki Magoroku Red Wood Multipurpose Knife 15 cm - Carbon 1K6 Steel Blade - Pakkawood Handle

The Seki Magoroku Red Wood utility knife has a 15 cm long blade made of rust-free Carbon 1K6 stainless steel with a hardness of approx. 58 HRC. The polished blade has a symmetrical cut. In contrast to a chef's knife, utility knives have a thinner blade back and a narrower blade. It is used for all cutting work that requires a more delicate blade.

Traditionally in chestnut shape, the handle is made of Pakka wood. High-quality resins added to the wood make the handle particularly durable and more resistant to liquids. A ferrule made of shiny black plastic connects the handle, which tapers towards the blade, with the inserted blade. The light handle creates a nice balance to the blade, which allows effortless cutting.
