KAI Pure Komachi Julienne Slicer Yabanemonyo
The term Yabanemonyo stands for arrow feather. The blade pattern creates fine julienne strips. The extremely sharp stainless steel blades maintain their sharpness for a particularly long time due to a special etching technique. With minimal effort, food is precisely cut and not crushed, allowing the aroma and taste to fully develop.
The grater is equipped with an ergonomic handle made of soft elastomer. The non-slip surface and an additional groove on the underside ensure a secure grip. The hanging loop and the included blade guard provide the best storage options.
The great overall package of the Pure Komachi graters was awarded the "German Design Award Special 2016" and the "reddot Design Award".
