KAI Pure Komachi 2-Way Grater Kanokoshibori
The term Kanokoshibori stands for speckled with white spots. The blade pattern creates fine slits and is intended for foods that require a bit more texture. The extremely sharp stainless steel blades maintain their sharpness for an exceptionally long time due to a special etching technique. With minimal effort, food is cut precisely and not crushed, allowing aroma and flavor to fully develop.
The grater is equipped with an ergonomic handle made of soft elastomer. The non-slip surface and an additional groove on the underside ensure a secure grip. The hanging loop and the included blade guard provide the best storage options.
The great overall package of the Pure Komachi graters was awarded the "German Design Award Special 2016" and the "reddot Design Award."
