Details
The KAI Diamond Knife Sharpener corresponds to a fine 3000 grit. A steel plate has been coated with the finest diamond particles. The diamond sharpener is ideal for sharpening slightly dull knives with finely ground blades. Due to the material properties, less wear and tear or material abrasion occurs compared to conventional sharpening stones. The base is made of resin and the non-slip base is made of plastic.
