A universal knife with a 10 cm long stainless steel blade. The blade features a double-sided hollow grind to minimize the adhesion of cut material. The fine serration of the blade also makes it easy to cut soft fruits & vegetables. The olive wood handle scales are firmly riveted to the knife.
