Details

2 in 1, that's the crinkle cutter. But what is a crinkle cutter needed for? The crinkle cutter is, on the one hand, a classic vegetable knife with a straight blade. However, with the sharpened notches on the back of the blade, you can also cut fruit, vegetables, and butter into wavy strips.

The Kappa crinkle cutter has a 9 cm long and almost straight tapering blade made of rust-free & hand-sharpened chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel. The hand-sharpened notches are incorporated on the back of the blade.

Güde knives are hand-forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, from the tip of the blade to the double bolster. The double bolster, a special feature of the Güde knives, provides a counterweight to the blade. The knife is perfectly balanced. The special blend of steel and the elaborate manufacturing process with over 30 manual work steps give the rust-free blades with a hardness of approx. 58 HRC a special robustness and longevity.

The blade & handle are made from a single piece of steel. The extremely hygienic handle with the smoothly polished surface fits optimally and securely in the hand. Due to the full metal design, the knives offer a unique weight distribution and balance.
