Güde Damascus Steel Paring Knife 10 cm - Handle Scales Desert Ironwood
Manufacturer part number:
DA7764/10
Details
The larding & garnishing knife is primarily intended for larding meat. The tip allows for fine & thin cuts. In parallel, this knife can also beautifully cut fruit & vegetables decoratively. However, these knives are most often used as all-purpose knives for all fine cutting work & peeling, for which it is also perfectly suited. The 10 cm long, narrow & pointed blade is made of over 300 layers of steel in wild Damascus style. Güde knives are hand-forged from a single piece of steel including the double bolster. This is a counterweight to the blade and perfectly balances the knife. Thanks to the ice hardening, the steel is particularly robust. The finely polished handle scales made of rare and very hard desert ironwood are embedded in the steel and triple riveted. Manufacturer number: DA-7764/10
