Güde Alpha Steak Knife 12 cm - CVM Knife Steel - Hostaform Handle Scales
Steaks require either a very sharp and thin blade, or a blade with a very fine serrated edge. This also finely cuts any tendons that may be present.
The Alpha steak knife has a 12 cm long blade made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel with very fine teeth. If you encounter tendons in your steak, you can also easily cut through them with the knife.
Güde knives are hand-forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, from the blade tip to the double bolster. The double bolster, a special feature of Güde knives, provides a counterweight to the blade. The knife is perfectly balanced. The special blend of steel and the elaborate manufacturing process with over 30 manual steps give the stainless blades with a hardness of approx. 58 HRC a special robustness and durability.
The finely polished handle scales made of Hostaform are embedded in the steel and triple riveted. Hostaform plastic is extremely resistant, very hygienic and comfortable to hold. The Alpha series meets the strict requirements for use in the catering industry and offers the widest range of models.
