Güde Alpha Paring Knife 8 cm - CVM Knife Steel - Handle Scales Hostaform
The larding and garnishing knife is primarily designed for larding meat, as the tip allows for precise and accurate cuts. In parallel, this knife can also beautifully cut fruit and vegetables decoratively. Larding and garnishing knives can confidently be referred to as small all-purpose knives, for fine cutting work, peeling, and so on and so forth.
The large Alpha larding knife has an 8 cm long, narrow and pointed blade made of rust-free and hand-sharpened chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel. The blade is rigid and allows you good guidance.
Güde knives are hand-forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, from the tip of the blade to the double bolster. The double bolster, a special feature of the Güde knives, provides a counterweight to the blade. The knife is perfectly balanced. The special blend of steel and the elaborate manufacturing process with over 30 manual work steps give the rust-free blades with a hardness of approx. 58 HRC a special robustness and durability.
The finely polished handle scales made of Hostaform are embedded in the steel and triple riveted. Hostaform plastic is extremely resistant, very hygienic and comfortable to hold. The Alpha series meets the strict requirements for use in the catering industry and offers the widest range of models.
