The Belgian family business Falk Culinair was founded in 1958 and has specialized in the development and traditional production of high-quality cookware since the 1970s. The handcrafted products are aimed at ambitious amateur chefs and professional chefs in upscale gastronomy. The cookware manufacturer Falk Culinair is committed to preserving traditional values in its corporate philosophy. Tradition is of utmost importance here. The second component is technology. The constant pursuit of further development is the basis for innovative collections like the cookware series „Flandria“.
The copper core cookware „Flandria“ is made from high-quality multi-layer material. Falk Culinair „Flandria“ is characterized by a 2.5 mm thick material consisting of five layers: A core of copper is embedded on both sides in aluminum, which is in turn enclosed on both sides by a layer of stainless steel. This material combination perfectly unites the advantages of copper and stainless steel: The copper core ensures high thermal conductivity and very even heat distribution, while the stainless steel interior and exterior make the cookware durable and resistant, even to acids. Additionally, Falk Culinair „Flandria“ is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction.
The „Flandria“ pots, pans, sauté pans, and saucepans were developed in collaboration with professional chefs. In addition to the material composition, great emphasis was placed on design – optimal proportions, pleasant and practical curves in the transition from the base to the wall, and other practical details. These include functional pouring rims and a handle construction made of solid stainless steel casting, which remains cool for a long time during cooking.
Frying Pan
Alongside a cooking pot, the basic item of any kitchen equipment. Characteristic of the „Flandria“ frying pans is the conical, low edge. The pans are optionally equipped with two large handle grips or with a long, ergonomically shaped handle. Due to the handles made of pure stainless steel, the pans can also be used in the oven.
Cooking Pot
The cooking pots of the „Flandria“ series present themselves in classic design. They are available in different sizes, depending on household size and purpose. They can be used to cook vegetables, side dishes, pasta, soups, simply everything, including dishes that are simmered at low heat.
Sauté Pan
Design meets function – perfect for preparing refined, thickened sauces. The curved side walls without sharp edges make it possible to reach all areas when stirring with a whisk and spoon. Burning or lump formation is a thing of the past with the sauté pans from Falk Culinair „Flandria“.
Saucepan
The versatile saucepan belongs in every kitchen. The even heat distribution is guaranteed by the copper core. Thus, the „Flandria“ saucepan skillfully combines high functionality with traditional design.
