The Belgian family-owned company Falk Culinair was founded in 1958 and has specialized in the development and traditional production of premium cookware since the 70s. The copper core cookware "Flandria" is made of high-quality multi-layer material. Falk Culinair "Flandria" stands out with its 2.5 mm thick material, which consists of five layers: A copper core is embedded on both sides in aluminum, which in turn is enclosed on both sides by a layer of stainless steel. This material combination perfectly combines the advantages of copper and stainless steel: The copper core ensures high heat conductivity and very even heat distribution, while the stainless steel interior and exterior make the cookware durable and resistant, even against acids. Furthermore, Falk Culinair "Flandria" is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction.

The "Flandria" pots, pans, sauté pans, and saucepans were developed in collaboration with professional chefs. In addition to the material composition, great importance was placed on the design - on optimal proportions, pleasant and practical curves in the transition from the base to the wall, and also practical details. These include functioning pouring rims and a handle construction made of solid stainless steel casting, which stays cool during cooking.

Frying Pan

Next to a cooking pot, the basic part of every kitchen equipment. Characteristic for the “Flandria” frying pans is the conical, low edge. The pans are equipped with either two large handle grips or with a long, ergonomically shaped handle grip. Thanks to the handles made of pure stainless steel, the pans can also be used in the oven.
