This is the ultimate tool for your homemade pizza: the de Buyer stainless steel pizza peel with a flat bottom. Why do you need it? Because with it, you can portion, apply, and distribute the pizza sauce.
The peel holds 145 ml, which is exactly the recommended amount of sauce for a 31 cm pizza. You apply the sauce with the peel and distribute it evenly with the flat bottom of the peel. Cool, right!
The pizza peel is made entirely of 0.8 mm thick stainless steel and is 32 cm long. The scoop has a diameter of 8.2 cm and holds 0.145 liters.
