The de Buyer Vantage mandoline is a vegetable slicer with a very sharp V-shaped stainless steel blade. It also includes 4 julienne blades 2-4-7-10 mm in a magnetic storage box and an extra long safety guard.
With the Vantage mandoline, you can effortlessly slice smooth slices and julienne sticks in different thicknesses.
