Details
The de Buyer Mandoline Revolution with 2 horizontal blades and 3 julienne blades is ideal for cutting slices, cubes, julienne, waffles, and diamonds.
The mandoline is made of brushed stainless steel and plastic and allows for a cutting thickness of up to 10 mm.
The double horizontal blade has two different sides that allow for straight and wavy cuts.
In addition to the waffle cut, vegetable strips and sticks with a thickness of 2, 4, or 10 mm are possible to make julienne strips or french fries yourself.
The mandoline has 2 foldable anti-slip feet to ensure a secure stand at all times.
