The de Buyer GÖMA Universal Whisks are truly universally applicable, for example for mixing, beating, fluffing and emulsifying. There are 7 different sizes, ranging from 20 cm to 50 cm in length. Each GÖMA Universal Whisk has extra strong, non-removable spring steel wires. Fixed by a stainless steel ring, the wires also extend far into the handle. This stability ensures that the GÖMA Universal Whisks can also be used for thicker sauces such as remoulade.

To prevent the beating from ending in a cramp, the handle has been given a special ergonomic shape. Even with a loose grip, GÖMA always fits well and securely in the hand. And to make sure it really doesn't slip out of your hands, the polypropylene handle is covered with a non-slip thermoplastic elastomer plastic (TPE). At the end of the handle there is a hanging loop to hang the whisk ready to hand on a wall strip.
