The de Buyer GÖMA Universal Whisk is truly versatile, suitable for mixing, beating, aerating, and emulsifying. This model has a total length of 40 cm with a functional part of 25 cm in length. Each GÖMA Universal Whisk has extra strong, non-removable spring steel wires. Fixed by a stainless steel ring, the wires extend far into the handle for added stability, making the GÖMA Universal Whisk suitable for thicker sauces such as remoulade.
To ensure that whisking doesn't end in a cramp, the handle has been given a special ergonomic shape. Even with a loose grip, GÖMA always feels comfortable and secure in the hand. And to prevent it from slipping out of your hands, the polypropylene handle is coated with a non-slip thermoplastic elastomer plastic (TPE). At the end of the handle, there is a hanging loop so that the whisk can be hung on a wall rack for easy access.
Quite a lot to say about a whisk. But the GÖMA Universal Whisks are special in both form and function.
