The de Buyer GÖMA universal whisks are truly versatile, suitable for mixing, beating, aerating, and emulsifying. They come in 7 different sizes, ranging from 20 cm to 50 cm in length. Each GÖMA universal whisk features extra strong, non-removable spring steel wires. Secured by a stainless steel ring, the wires extend deep into the handle. This stability ensures that the GÖMA universal whisks can also be used for thicker sauces, such as remoulade.

To prevent cramping while whisking, the handle has been given a special ergonomic shape. Even with a loose grip, GÖMA always sits well and securely in the hand. To ensure it doesn't slip from your hands, the polypropylene handle is coated with a non-slip thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). At the end of the handle, there is a hanging loop to keep the whisk readily accessible on a wall rail.
