Details
The flexible turner from the de Buyer FKOfficium series has a 7 cm wide and 14 cm long slotted lifting surface made of polished stainless steel. The lifting surface is slightly curved and the tip is slightly sharpened to remove even the smallest residue. The rust-free stainless steel is slightly flexible, making lifting and turning easier. The slots allow you to drain excess liquid, such as oil. Due to the sharpened tip, the turner is not suitable for non-stick coated pans.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of polyamide is reinforced with fiberglass. The carbon fiber texture of the handles provides a secure grip, which is further supported by the additional notches for the thumb and fingers. The hanging loop at the end of the handle allows you to hang the palette within easy reach on a wall rail, for example.
