Details
The flexible turner from the de Buyer FKOfficium series features a 7 cm wide and 14 cm long slotted lifting surface made of polished stainless steel. The lifting surface is slightly curved, and the tip is slightly sharpened to release even the smallest residue. The stainless steel is slightly flexible, which makes lifting and turning easier. The slots allow you to drain excess liquid, such as oil. Due to the sharpened tip, the turner is not suitable for non-stick coated pans.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of polyamide is reinforced with fiberglass. The carbon fiber texture of the handles ensures a secure grip, which is further supported by the additional indentations for the thumb and fingers. With the hanging loop at the end of the handle, you can hang the spatula on a wall rail, for example, to keep it within easy reach.
