Wiederverwendbare Backmatte Airmat gelocht mit Silikonüberzug. Die 40 x 30 cm große Backmatte ist ein dickes Glasfasertuch mit einem Überzug aus lebensmittelechtem Silikon. Damit kannst Du auf Einweg-Backpapier getrost verzichten. Der Silikonüberzug verleiht der Backmatte hervorragende Antihaft-Eigenschaften. Zusätzlich ist die Backmatte für eine bessere Luftzirkulation gelocht. So werden die Böden ebenfalls knusprig.
Die Backmatte ist temperaturbeständig von -55° bis +280° Celsius. Daher kannst Du sie multifunktional nutzen. zum Backen, Kühlen und Gefrieren. Was immer Du auch auf die Backmatte legst, es lässt sich leicht wieder abnehmen. Da die Backmatte zudem für eine intensive Nutzung ausgelegt ist, kannst Du sie selbst bei hohen Temperaturen (bis +280° Celsius) bis zu 1.000 Mal nutzen.
