Details
Baking sheet with an insulating double-walled steel bottom and non-stick coating. The double-walled bottom heats the sheet moderately and prevents the dough from drying out, making it ideal for delicate pastries. The baking sheet is equipped with a wide handle for better use. The baking sheet is made of 0.4 mm thick steel with excellent heat conductivity, heat-resistant up to 220° Celsius. A resistant non-stick coating is applied to this steel, reducing the sticking of the baked goods to the sheet. For perfect results, lightly grease the sheet before use. To ensure long-lasting use of this baking sheet, please avoid working with sharp metal objects in the sheet. Additionally, we recommend cleaning by hand.
