Details
Rectangular baking sheet 62x23x1 cm (GN 2/1) with slanted edges. The baking sheet is made of 2 mm thick aluminum, completely coated with the de Buyer Choc 5 non-stick coating. The baking sheet conducts heat very well, but can also be used for cold preparations. You can also bake with a frame or ring on the baking sheet. Thanks to the very resistant non-stick coating, you no longer need baking paper, it is only necessary to lightly grease it.
The baking sheet is lightweight, yet stable and deformation-resistant. In order for you to enjoy it for a long time, especially the non-stick coating, we would like to give you a few tips:
- do not heat the baking sheet empty and do not overheat it,
- avoid temperature shocks (hot/cold),
- please do not use sharp-edged metal objects, so please do not cut or divide on the baking sheet,
- and - as much as we regret it - please clean the baking sheet by hand.
