Details
The Concept Air-System from the French manufacturer de Buyer has impressed us from day one. The baking tins are made of perforated stainless steel, ensuring quick and even baking of the dough. In addition, the baking time is reduced by approximately 15-25%.
Each mould has a removable base for easy removal. In addition, most Air-System baking tins include reusable and precisely cut non-stick baking tins. The baking separation foils can be used up to 200 times and are temperature resistant from -76° C to +260° C.
The Concept Air-System can be used for cold or hot preparations and has also been developed for intensive use. The 0.8 mm thick stainless steel guarantees a long lifespan. Without baking separation foil, there are virtually no temperature restrictions.
