Details
The Affinity cookware from de Buyer stands out with high conductivity & responsiveness. The body, made of multi-layer material, is made of 5 layers: roughly speaking, two stainless steel layers enclose a continuous core of aluminum. This core, which extends to the upper edge, ensures rapid heating on all types of stoves, side walls and bottom are heated equally, changes to the temperature setting are directly transferred to the inside of the pot. So, precise cooking. This is noticeable on all types of stoves, especially on induction fields.
