Details

The Affinity cookware by de Buyer stands out with high conductivity & responsiveness. The body, made of multi-layer material, consists of 5 layers: roughly speaking, two stainless steel layers encase a continuous core of aluminum. This core, which extends to the top edge, ensures rapid heating on all types of stoves, with the side walls and bottom being heated equally, and changes in temperature settings being directly transferred to the interior of the pot. Cooking to perfection, in other words. This is noticeable on all types of stoves, especially on induction cooktops.

Hallo Kathrin,
die Affinity Serie ist keine Serie mit dickem. Sie besteht aus einem Stück, wobei sich das leitende Material durch den kompletten Korpus zieht. Dadurch erhitzen sich die Töpfe sehr schnell.
