Different materials and shapes

Our range includes high-quality pans with non-stick coating from the brands All-Clad, de Buyer, and Rösle. So, there should be a suitable pan for every one of your future cooking experiments and frying. In addition to the different materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and die-cast aluminum, different shapes are also available. Classic round pans, sauté pans with high edges, oval pans, and flat pans for crêpes and pancakes.

Robust non-stick coatings

A lot has happened in the field of non-stick coatings. The non-stick coatings used by our manufacturers can generally be described as robust and durable. By using multiple layers, the pans can also tolerate the use of stainless steel turners and dishwashers. The more you avoid this, the longer you will enjoy your pan. Smooth non-stick coatings have better non-stick properties but are more sensitive. Coarser non-stick coatings are characterized by greater robustness. In addition, there are also high-tech variants, for example from the All-Clad D3 series or the de Buyer Affinity series. These non-stick coatings combine robustness and excellent non-stick properties.

Care and Cleaning

We still hear grandma shouting: “Don't cut in the pan with a knife!” There's nothing to add to that. The lifespan of a non-stick pan depends on you. Therefore, here are a few tips from us:
- Never heat your pan for a long time without content. There should be some oil or liquid in the pan. Otherwise, the pan will overheat and the non-stick coating will be damaged.
- Avoid using sharp-edged turners as much as possible. Even these will eventually affect and damage the most robust non-stick coating. Instead, use turners made of wood, silicone, or plastic.
- Clean the pan by hand. Commercial cleaning tabs contain abrasives that attack the non-stick coating. It's like using sandpaper on the surface. Cleaning by hand is easy and takes a maximum of one minute.

Scratches are not a big deal!

No matter how carefully you handle your pan, scratches will come and can rarely be avoided. A scratch is not a big deal. However, if blisters have formed on the non-stick coating, you should dispose of the pan.
